Absolutely! We offer customization options for our live edge tables, farmhouse tables, seating, steel and wood desks, and doors for our Dallas, TX clients.
We offer white glove delivery in the Dallas/Fort Worth area to ensure your furniture is cared for. Shipping options are offered for individuals who live outside of our service area. You also have the option to pick up your order from our Aubrey, Texas workshop.
The estimated delivery or pickup time is usually 10-12 weeks from the day the order is placed. This period may vary, so please confirm with us if you have a specific deadline to meet.
We accept cash, major credit cards, and offer financing through Affirm. You also have the option to pay a 50% deposit upfront, with the remaining balance due before delivery or upon pick up.
A 48-hour grace period is offered for any refund requests. After this time, a refund is not possible as all sales are considered final due to our furniture pieces' unique and custom nature.
